How Does Cal/West Help Schools Find "Perfect" Educators?

When administrators call Cal/West, they save a significant amount of resources, time and money by using our services to assist them. We take care of advertising, marketing materials, postage, screening, and preliminary interviews. Schools turn to us knowing that we extend ourselves both in our recruitment efforts and in our commitment to provide a variety of options for all staffing requirements.

Because we have been providing services to schools in the west since 1987, we have an excellent track record of finding qualified educators when schools need them. It is our personal relationships with school administrators and candidates, plus our location in California, that make us different from other, larger recruitment firms.
