How Does Cal/West Help Schools Find "Perfect" Educators?

Because we have been providing services to schools in the west since 1987, we have an excellent track record of finding qualified educators. When school leaders call Cal/West they save a significant amount of energy, resources, time, and money by using our services to assist them in finding terrific faculty members, department chairs, directors, and other essential staff. We handle outreach, advertising, recruiting, screening of resumes, and preliminary interviews year-round, so that school representatives can use their time to consider only pre-qualified applicants.

It is our personal relationships with school administrators and candidates, plus our location and focus in California and other western states that make us different from other, larger recruitment firms.
